After 35km in three days... I think today is going to be a gym and/or bike day. I was going to do 5km, but I don't think my body will let me. Well, that's not quite true. I'm sure I could do it, but the point was going to be to sprint the 5km, pick up some speed, but my body says that's a bad idea. Specifically, my calves and my feet say that's a bad idea.
The good news is... I've done 35km in the past three days! That's more than I've ever run before in that time. Sunday's 15km run was the longest I'd ever run continuously, and was especially tough after doing 10k the day before. The last 2-3kms were just hellish, but I did it and I feel great about it.
